This coconut avocado creamsicle recipe is so delicious. The avocado gives it a fudgy texture and if you include lime, it’s super refreshing!


  • 1 large avocado
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (optional)


  • Using a hand mixer, blend all of the ingredients until creamy.
  • Fill popsicle molds with the avocado mixture and place in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
