This coconut avocado creamsicle recipe is so delicious. The avocado gives it a fudgy texture and if you include lime, it’s super refreshing!
- 1 large avocado
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup lime juice (optional)
- Using a hand mixer, blend all of the ingredients until creamy.
- Fill popsicle molds with the avocado mixture and place in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
