These Lemon-Lime Electrolyte Popsicles are a dream come true on a hot summer day. Enjoy them by the pool with friends and stay hydrated!


  • 6 Cups of Cold Water
  • 6 Scoops of Lemonade Ultima Refresher
  • 1 Cup Lime Juice


  • Mix ingredients in a pitcher until electrolyte powder is dissolved.
  • Pour liquid into popsicle molds.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours and enjoy!


Add electrolyte powder a scoop at a time until you reach your desired flavor. These were pretty tart, they were perfect, but we were overheated!
