What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is based on the belief that real health can be achieved through a holistic and individualized approach to nutrition and lifestyle.

I believe that many of modern society’s health problems result from weaknesses in the body’s physiological foundations brought on by poor nutrition. I am dedicated to helping individuals reverse the negative effects of the modern diet through nutritional therapy.

My foundational, holistic approach focuses on the importance of a properly prepared, nutrient-dense, whole food diet paired with a well-balanced lifestyle.

Together we will identify and correct nutritional imbalances and deficiencies. Honoring the body’s innate intelligence and its incredible capacity to restore, regenerate, and correct itself — when given the tools and nutrients to do so.

I believe in bio-individuality, meaning that a “one size fits all” approach to nutrition does not exist. I help each client find the right types of whole food that will restore balance and enhance their own body’s ability to heal while stressing the importance of a properly prepared, nutrient-dense whole food diet that is deeply nourishing and restores good health.

What You Can Expect

We will meet for one hour, twice a month via (6 total) one-hour video calls. I will always be on video, but you don’t have to be if you’re not comfortable.

We will work on the nutritional foundations for optimized health and address your specific concerns through a personalized nutrition plan.

This will include lifestyle and dietary recommendations. It may include a supplement protocol or recommendations for habit change. I am here to guide you, you make the changes!
