Description

Delicious and different mushroom side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced

Instructions

  1. Melt coconut oil with oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Stir in balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, and mushrooms.
  3. Saute for 20 to 30 minutes, or until tender.

Notes

Butter flavored coconut oil is great for this recipe!
