  • 1 Tbs. MCT Oil or Coconut Oil I use coconut oil
  • Powerful Blender

Instructions

  • Brew your favorite coffee.
  • Add 1 Tbs. per cup of butter.
  • Add 1 Tbs. per cup of MCT or coconut oil.
  • Blend until foamy and enjoy.
