Vanilla Ice Cream (Keto, Paleo, GFDF)

This homemade ice cream is so good. This recipe is dairy-free and keto. It tastes just like real homemade vanilla ice cream and you can mix anything you want into it!

  • Add all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend well.
  • Pour into ice cream maker.
  • Work through ice cream maker until the ice cream forms a thick consistency.
  • Transfer into an airtight container and place in the freezer.


This ice cream freezes pretty solid. You'll have to either let it sit out on the counter to thaw a bit or run it through the microwave for a few seconds to get it soft for scooping.
