Ingredients

1 Cup of your favorite coffee
1 Tbs. unsalted grass-fed butter Kerry Gold is a good one
1 Tbs. MCT Oil or Coconut Oil I use coconut oil
Powerful Blender

Instructions

Brew your favorite coffee.
Add 1 Tbs. per cup of butter.
Add 1 Tbs. per cup of MCT or coconut oil.
Blend until foamy and enjoy.
