Deep Nourishment Practitioner

Amber is a Functional Medicine Practitioner, Lived Experience Mentor, and Deep Nourishment Practitioner at Soil to Soul Nutrition, with a clinical foundation as a Registered Nurse. Her nursing background gave her a clear view of how conventional medicine approaches symptoms and where it consistently falls short of root-cause answers.
Her path into this work was personal, not just academic.
After years of navigating chronic fatigue, Lyme disease, mold toxicity, and Inflammatory Breast Cancer, a rare and aggressive form, Amber was pushed beyond standard approaches and into deeper questions. What she found reframed everything. The body is not broken. It is intelligent and adaptive, and when the whole terrain is supported, it is capable of extraordinary things.
That understanding now anchors her work.
At Soil to Soul, Amber's role is to help clients identify where allostatic load is highest, which domains within the terrain are under the most strain, and where foundational changes may create the most leverage. The work belongs to the client. Amber provides the map, the education, and the support. Clients do the work, and the body responds.
Her focus spans the full terrain: mitochondrial function, toxic burden, nervous system regulation, blood sugar balance, and psychosocial optimization. Every domain influences the whole, and no single domain operates in isolation.
She is board-certified in Functional Medicine, trained in metabolic approaches to cancer care, certified in bioenergetics, and grounded in trauma-informed practice.
Amber works primarily with women who know something is off but have not been given a framework for understanding why. If you have been collecting diagnoses without traction, feeling overlooked, or struggling to make sense of what your body is signaling, her work may be a fit.
This is not medical care. Amber works collaboratively with your medical team and does not diagnose, prescribe, or direct clinical decisions. Her role is education, whole-terrain assessment, and coaching support, so you can do your own work with greater clarity and confidence.
