Clinical Consultation
Practitioners looking for a second set of eyes on their complex cases or help with clients dealing with cancer may book a case review.
Terrain Mentorship Collective
You've completed the training. You know the science, the terrain model, and the metabolic approach. But knowing and doing are two different things.
Terrain Mentorship Collective bridges the gap between certification and confident practice. Co-led with Jen Harbour of Terrain 10 Consulting, we offer live workshops, masterclasses, case reviews, and clinical reasoning sessions designed for graduates of Dr. Nasha Winters' metabolic approach to cancer programs.
This is where you gain the specialized knowledge and context that comes from actually doing the work - in a safe learning environment with guidance from integrative metabolic oncology professionals who have been practicing for years. We cover pricing and service packages, client communication, clinical decision-making, case management, building confidence with complex clients, and all the real-world implementation skills you need to move from trained to practicing.
If you're ready to go from "I learned this" to "I'm doing this," we're here to help you get there.

12-Week Live Mentorship Intensive

Individual Mentorship for Metabolic Terrain Graduates
For practitioners who have completed metabolic terrain, metabolic approach to cancer, or other training programs guided by Dr. Nasha Winters, I offer one-on-one mentorship calls to support your transition from certification to clinical practice.
These sessions are designed for the practical realities of building a metabolic practice: pricing and packaging your services, marketing and client acquisition, building relationships with physicians for clinical oversight, balancing business development with paying the bills, and navigating the messy middle of getting your practice off the ground, including psychological blocks and money mindset barriers.
This is not a clinical case consultation (for case review with data analysis, see the Clinical Consultation option above). This is access to my brain - for the questions that come up when you're trying to translate training into a sustainable practice, when you need strategic guidance on business decisions, or when you want to learn from someone who's built a successful full-time metabolic practice.
