I was fortunate enough to get the chance to sit down and chat with Robert Sikes from the Keto Savage Podcast this week. I highly respect Robert as an entrepreneur and a leader in the ketogenic space. Robert is also just a really great guy, and we had a good conversation. It was an absolute pleasure to share my story with him and his listenership.
We talked about my struggle with food allergies, Hashimoto's, and Lichen Sclerosus. We talked about my alternative cancer treatments and my experience using the ketogenic diet to amplify the efficacy of cancer treatment therapies. We chatted about how rewarding it has been to dig in and do the work to completely change my life to recover my health and how difficult the decision to refuse conventional treatments was.
We also discussed sleep optimization and stress management extensively. I could tell these are two areas of interest for Robert. Im still working on both of these areas and constantly looking for new ways to optimize for improved health. Robert and I seemed to share this desire for optimization, and it was cool to share what I had done with him.
