I had the pleasure of sitting down with Nissa Graun to chat about how I used keto to recover my health on the Chat the Fat podcast.

The Chat the Fat podcast is put on by Nissa Graun and T.C. Hale and they showcase keto, low-carb, and intermittent fasting for weight loss and health improvement. There are some incredible success stories showcased on this podcast and I highly recommend that you add it to your queue.

Heads up! If you’re not familiar with T.C. Hale, you’re in for a treat! He’s a crack up. Super sarcastic, fun, and always joking around. Nissa is the more serious of the two and they have really great energy together on the show. It’s definitely a fun and inspirational listen.

My chat with Nissa was a lot of fun, she asks really good questions and really dug into some of the nitty-gritty stuff that I haven’t really talked about publicly before. We dug into all kinds of stuff including some of the crazy stuff I did to accelerate healing by letting go of emotional baggage that I had been bottling up and a lot of the alternative medicine techniques that restore balance.

We talked about keto, alternative medicine, sleep optimization, and everything in between centered around my healing journey.
