I had the pleasure of interviewing with Tracee Gluhaich on the Be Well, Be Keto podcast. The episode was just released this morning.

We had a blast talking about all things keto, food allergies, cancer treatment, therapeutic keto for cancer, my healing journey, and my desire to help others.

I really hope that I can help others to take control of their nutrition and lifestyle to support their health. The goal here is to educate the world on the importance of nutrition and health positive lifestyle choices that support the bodies natural systems. Hopefully to aid in the healing and prevention of chronic illness and autoimmune disease.

For medical personnel and practitioners, I hope you are able to carve out some time to investigate all of the new information, research, and data that is currently being published on these topics. I hope you start to include nutrition and lifestyle interventions into your practice or partner with a practitioner who can help in these areas. Your patients will thrive.

For those with autoimmune disease or metabolic dysfunction, I hope you are able to learn from my experience. Hopefully, you can gain some insights and thus a few shortcuts from what I have learned through self-experimentation.

For those with cancer, I hope you are able to support whatever treatment you choose with nutrition and lifestyle interventions that help make your cancer cells uncomfortable while making your healthy cells comfier.

For those in remission. Whether it's cancer or an autoimmune disease, I hope to inspire you to continue to treat your body well and remain in remission. To thrive as long as possible.

For those who are healthy, I hope you learn to take better care of yourself to stay as healthy as possible for as long as possible.

Thanks so much for all who listen. I'd really love to know your thoughts on the episode if you'd like to share them!
