These deviled dragons' eyes are just different enough from your run of the mill Halloween inspired deviled egg that I had to include them! It just doesn't get any easier than this recipe. Same old deviled eggs, different eyeball.

Deviled eggs are the best and they actually taste pretty good with olives! I know, the idea of olives and mayonnaise is pretty gross. But it's actually pretty tasty. The combination isn't that far off from bacon and deviled eggs. The olive is just a salty element and it also adds a bit of additional texture.

Of course, make sure to use a clean mayonnaise to make these. Either a homemade mayo or a commercial mayo with clean oils. Skip the vegetable oil-laden junk. That's not good for anyone!

These deviled dragon's eyes are a great snack to serve alongside other Halloween themed snacks like shrimp ears, eyeball tacos, and cheddar witch's fingers. Decorate the snack table all creepy, bust out the spooky music, and throw some dry ice in a bowl of water and put it under some of the cold dishes for that cool fog effect! So fun!

You could also serve these at a Game of Throne's themed party. I think that would be clever, mother of dragons and all!
